Cook chicken breast per our usual (350 degree oven, water bath, salt on top, cook til 165 degrees internal temperature). Cool.
Slice bell pepper thin. Place on a plate. Sprinkle with water and a little salt and cover tightly with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Slice the cooled chicken thinly.
Assemble a sauce by combining the remaining ingredients, reserving some of the sesame seeds for garnish.
